Innovative products.

These are the 6 images that my group members and I chose which is innovative to us. The first image is the 3 in 1 frying pan designed in Japan by an unknown designer, its very innovative because if you want to cook a few dishes at once and you dont want to wash a lot of dishes which can be a real pain in the a** especially after a long day its very helpful and will minimise ur washing time i feel like its inspired by a bento box.

 

The second image is the table/ tray designed by an Italian designer; Simone Simonelli, its cool because if u ever want to serve your guests its much more efficient because its easier to handle then to carry a huge tray that had no stability and the fact that u can turn it around and make it into a small coffee table or side table is sick! I looks like its inspired by the milk tray that. 

The third image is a convertible chair/ bed designed by Figo Futon, its innovative as well because if u're single/ living in a small house it actually saves space. 

The fourth image is the the couch that had a removable coffee table which is designed by Matthew Pauk, it safes space and has a very clean look to it and the upside of it is that it you actually save money when u buy a couch with a built in table. 

The fifth image is actually a luggage and a built im scooter  designed by Kevin O'donnell, its very convenient because after a long flight u might be feel very exhausted and you dont have the energy to actually pull ur heavy luggage around thus making life easier. 

  

Last but not least is the chair with built in book shelf. For book worms it will be the best invention ever! It does not only allows you to rest but it allows you to rest while choosing the book you want to read. The sleek look of the chair will also give an amazing look/decor around the house! 

 

Highlights.

On 26/07/16, our topic in class was about Breaking the Rules. What i understand from the topic covered is that breaking the rules doesn't just mean to do something bad or to literally break the rules but instead its actually about problem understanding. As artists, we are suppose to manoeuvre and work around the rules instead of "breaking" it. We can "break" the rules consciously with responsibility and honesty because only then we will be respected. Talking about being respected, out of all the videos that we were told to watch, i was attracted to the one from Apple, think different. It left such a huge impact on me like i couldn't even move on from that video, it legit blew me away because of all of the truth in that video, they were legit preaching from the start till the end. I agreed with the sentence from that video that says "People who see things differently are often not respected but you can't ignore them because they change things and push the human race forward". That sentence made so much sense because for example, Edouard Manet think differently and he was the founding father of  Impressionism and Modern Art. People didn't like the way he was thinking and started to hate on his artworks but some even went to make a duplicate copy of his artwork and called it their own because he made a difference and people wanted to be him. Now thanks to him, Impressionism and Modern Art is a thing because he actually pushed the human race forward.

First Impression!!!

My first impression of Creative Thinking class in all honesty, I thought that it would be quite boring because theres no drawings involved and i'm not the type of person who loves to do things online, i know it might be surprising because i'm a teenager/ young adult and im suppose to love doing online things because its more convinient but when it comes to this im abit old fashioned and prefer pen on paper over the internet any day! But its cool! HAHA! I gotta get use to this. So back to the class, I FREAKING LOVE THE CLASS!! OMG!!! I was waiting for someone sassy to pop up and there you go I GOT THE GREATEST TEACHER EVER!! OMG HE IS SO SASSY I LOVE IT!! He makes class more enjoyable than ever!! I know its the first day and all but all of my old friends are sassy so i love being around sassy people! HAHAH! Omg and the assignment! Playing tag as ur assignment?! Really?! Even my Lasalle friends told me that that is the greatest assignment anyone could ever get! I am blessed!! Yas yas yass huntyy!! Hehe! THAT ME PLAYING TAG WITH A STRANGER!!! hahahah! Legit when i tapped the girl she was so shock her voice became so deep when she said "OH!" God forgive me! HAHAHA!

Team Members!!!!

About my team members, i'm from group 5 and i like my team member but maybe because it was the first time thus Joey and I had trouble communicating with Zoe because she is a quiet person and she couldn't  really speak english because she's from China  so we had trouble discussing about the assingment we had to because Zoe just agreed to anything that Joey and I had to say about the slides and we wanted to do the tag challenge but Zoe went off without informing us but we were cool with it because eventually she did the tag as we told her to do so and she is very cooperative. About Joey, she is very lovable and sweet! I could communicate well with her because she is really outgoing and friendly and now we're actually quiet close friends despite it being only the 1st week of school! Now, all 3 of us are quiet close! i'm so happy that both my team members are really pleasant people to work with! hehe xx
